Dear Students,
This notice is for students who have successfully completed the SCU Foundation Programme and are currently awaiting their final results to become eligible for enrolment in the Higher Diploma Programme.
Please note that the Orientation Examination for the June 2026 Intake will commence on Tuesday.
Students whose Higher Diploma registration has not been completed will not be permitted to sit for the Orientation Examination, even if they have completed the Foundation Programme.
However, upon successful completion of the Foundation Programme, you may continue attending the Higher Diploma classes with your current batch (June 2026 Intake) while your eligibility is being finalized.
Please be aware that:
- Only students with a completed Higher Diploma registration and the Orientation repeat students are eligible to sit for the Orientation Examination.
- Students who are unable to sit for the current Orientation Examination due to incomplete registration may apply to sit for the next Orientation Examination together with the subsequent (junior) intake (Nov 2026 / Feb 2027 / June 2027 / Nov 2027).
- Registration for the next Orientation Examination can be completed during the Repeat Registration Period, and no examination fee will be charged for this attempt.
- The Orientation Examination must be successfully completed within the maximum programme completion period of two (2) years to move to the Final Year.
We kindly request all affected students to ensure that their registration is completed as soon as possible to avoid any further delays in their academic progress.
