If you are a Foundation student who has progressed to HD Year 1 Semester 1 (HD Y1S1) and are currently following the programme but have not yet received your HND Y1S1 offer letter, please complete the form below.

The information provided will be used to identify students who are awaiting their offer letters and to facilitate the necessary follow-up.

Notice to Y1S2 Students – Pending Y1S1 Results

Dear Students,

This notice is for students who are currently studying Higher Diploma Year 1 Semester 2 and are awaiting the official results for their Year 1 Semester 1 modules.

Please note that once the official Y1S1 results are released, if you have any repeat modules, you will be required to complete the Repeat Registration with the November 2026 intake.

Further details, including the registration process and relevant link, will be published on Moodle.

Foundation Semester 1 Pending Results – Student Information Form

Dear Students,

Students who are currently attending Higher Diploma lectures while awaiting their Foundation Semester 1 repeat results are required to complete the form below. This information will be used to verify your current academic status and update our records accordingly.

Foundation Semester 1 – Pending Repeat Results Student Details – Fill out form

Please note that, upon release of the results, students who have failed one or more Foundation Semester 1 modules will be required to register for the Higher Diploma – November 2026 intake.

You are kindly requested to complete and submit the form on or before 22nd August 2026. Please ensure that all information provided is accurate and complete.
