Attention to Curtin Foundation Batches!
Students who have only one (1) repeat module from either Semester 01 or Semester 02 are required to complete this registration to be considered for the one repeat examination option, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility Criteria:
- November 2024 and February 2025 Intakes:
Students may complete this form only if they have one (1) remaining module from Semester 01 to successfully complete the Foundation Programme.
- Pro-rata Students:
Students with only one (1) repeat module from either Semester 01 or Semester 02 are eligible to apply for this option.
· Payment Amount: LKR 7000/= for Each module (Bank Details given below)
Please ensure that all required information is submitted on or before 12:00 midnight, 15th February 2026. Late submissions will not be considered.

Kindly be informed that this is the final opportunity for students to apply for the one (1) repeat examination option. Please note that no further 1 repeat examination options will be provided to any cohort or batch after this arrangement.
This decision follows the provision of the Second Semester Supplementary Final Examination option, which has already been extended to all batches from the November 2024 and February 2025 intakes. This supplementary 1 repeat option was an additional opportunity that was not offered to previous intakes.
Students are therefore strongly advised to take note of this final arrangement and act accordingly.
