Update (13-01-2026) on HND Results and Top-Up Application Status

Update : 13-01-2026

Please refer to the attached document for the latest update regarding the status of your Top-Up application.

Status Explanations:

  1. “HND Completed – Waiting to Claim the Offer Letter from UOB”
    This status indicates that your HND level has been successfully completed. Mr. Lasitha is in the process of claiming your official offer letter from UOB. Kindly ensure that you are financially prepared to proceed with the payment once you receive the official communication from Mr. Lasitha by the end of this week.
  2. “HND Not Completed – July–December 2025 (Including Repeats)”
    This status indicates that your HND has not yet been completed, based on the internal checking process for the July–December 2025 period, including repeat modules. Once the official results are released (within the next 2–3 weeks), you will be required to apply for the relevant repeat examinations and subsequently apply for the Top-Up programme for the September 2026 intake.
  3. “HND Results Checking in Progress”
    This status indicates that your results are still under review. The checking process is expected to be completed by the end of this week, after which the list will be updated and published for your reference.

Please note that we are currently receiving a high volume of inquiries regarding results and Top-Up application statuses. We kindly request your patience and ask that you wait until the official results are released, which is expected within the next 2–3 weeks.
