Dear Students,
Please find the attached Program Transfer Confirmation Form for Regular 2025 intake students who wish to change their specialization/program from the upcoming semester onwards.
This form is required to be completed by students who are planning to change their specialization from Y2S1 onwards.
Kindly complete the form and submit your request by filling the Google Form link provided below on or before 19th February 2026.

Important Note:
- Please note that once your program transfer is confirmed, it cannot be changed again in the system.
- Additionally, as you are currently registered for Y2S1 (January - June 2026 period), you will be required to hold this semester and join the July 2025 intake for Y2S1 (June – December 2026 period).
- If the requested specialization includes any additional modules relevant to previously completed semesters, you will be required to complete those modules as a pro-rata student.
